| Unit Description |
An holistic approach to understanding the nature of leadership, particularly in the military. The unit covers the nature of leadership, leadership concepts, theories, and styles, strategic leadership, and the different requirements for leadership in military and commercial environments. It has two 1750-2250-word essays and a take-home examination. |
