| Unit Description |
This unit covers introductory and advanced object-oriented programming using the modern language Java. It will give students hands-on experience of designing and building applications that use graphical user interfaces. COMP 585 is based on the undergraduate unit COMP 285 with additional load consisting of extra questions on assignments and examinations and candidates for COMP 585 will be expected to show a greater level of understanding of the unit material than that required for COMP 285. Students who complete COMP 285 are not permitted to enrol for COMP 585. |
