| Unit Description |
This is an advanced level Chinese writing unit for students who have studied at least three years of Chinese, and those who have substantial Chinese-speaking backgrounds. The unit will assist students to develop their Chinese writing ability as well as their familiarity with Chinese written conventions. Chinese and English writing style and conventions will be compared. Through practical exercises students will learn to write text appropriate for both academic and practical purposes, covering a variety of different styles and genres. |
