| Unit Description |
This unit will explore developments and issues in modern Chinese culture, through the study of literature, film, mass media and other communicative forms. The ideas and themes of interest to Chinese cultural practitioners will be central to the study, as will the influences upon them. Many of the readings will be available either in Chinese or English. Assessment is by written assignments, learning journal, and online forum participation. |
