Master of Nursing with Honours

Why study the Master of Nursing with Honours at UNE?

The Master of Nursing with Honours is a research degree for registered nurses. It is completed by a combination of the equivalent of four units of course work and a 48 credit point thesis. The 48 credit point thesis has a maximum of 40,000 words. The primary focus of this degree is research into the discipline and practice of nursing.

Candidates must be registered nurses.

A candidate shall:

· hold the degree of Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent; and

· have an adequate academic preparation for the proposed research topic area; or

· satisfy the Faculty by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature.
