The award provides academic and professional training in some of the key topics in marine science and management. This includes updating the knowledge and skills of candidates who have previous training in this field. Course Requirements (pre 2008)
Candidates must complete units to the value of 48 cp including
1. MSM 501, 502, 504, 507, 508; and
2. 18 cp chosen from EM 432/532, 433/533, 534, MSM 303/503, 305/505, 306/506; RSNR 402/502 (previously EM 454/554 and ENVE421/521).
3. all units must be at 300 level or above.
