A candidate shall · Hold the degree of Bachelor of Education of UNE; or · Hold a bachelor degree of a university and either a diploma in the field of education or the equivalent of one year of full-time study in education beyond that required for a three-year first degree; or · Hold a three-year Diploma in Teaching and a graduate diploma relevant to the degree; or · Hold a post-initial teaching graduate diploma relevant to the degree*; or · Hold the Graduate Certificate in Behaviour Management, or Graduate Certificate TESOL or other relevant Graduate Certificate.* · Hold the Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, or Graduate Diploma in Education Studies (TESOL)* or; · Hold the Graduate Certificate Education Studies; or · Satisfy the Faculty by means of other qualifications and relevant experience of adequate preparation for candidature. · *subject to final approval
