A candidate for the Graduate Certificate in Resource Governance shall have fulfilled all of the requirements for admission to a degree, or qualification of equivalent standing, accepted by the Faculty as sufficient qualification for admission to the course, or shall provide other evidence to show to the satisfaction of the Faculty that he or she is adequately prepared for candidature

Course Requirements

Candidates must complete the following units:

LLM627 Resource Management, Risks and Responsibility

LLM628 Resource Rules

LLM629 Strategy and Sustainability

LLM630 Catchments, Contracts and Conflicts

These units provide skills and knowledge in non-legal matters such as economics, conflict management and strategy which complement the legal issues addressed. This course articulates into the Juris Doctor.
