Why study the Graduate Certificate in Management at UNE?

This award is offered by the Graduate School of Business, which manages the UNE Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The award enables students to develop a range of management skills. Students select 4 units from approximately 60 units. Students may choose from broad management subjects or may choose to specialize in an area such as Marketing or Human Resource Management.

Summer Schools provide an opportunity for students to fast-track their academic progression or to catch up on units required to complete the degree. A selection of units are offered off-campus during the normal semester break from November to February, enabling students to study from home and to accelerate their progress towards graduation. Summer Schools are offered on a fee-paying basis only.

Entry Requirements

Three years? relevant work experience in a field of employment approved by the Director of the GSBA. Possession of a first degree is not essential.

• The Graduate School in Business is responsible for teaching and administration of this course. Students with any queries regarding the course should contact the Graduate School of Business.

Course Requirements
To satisfy the requirements for the award of the Graduate Certificate in Management, a candidate must complete four GSB units. Students are required to complete the Certificate in no more than six trimesters.

Students may complete any four units from the list of units available, with due consideration of prerequisites and Major requirements.
