Aged Care

This Graduate Certificate is designed for health professionals in aged care services seeking to increase their knowledge and skills in aged care and gain a management qualification. It also aims to meet the needs of health professionals who desire, or require, documented evidence of continuing education in order to maintain active membership in professional associations. The course consists of two subjects speciific to Aged Care (Group 2), with the remaining two subjects coming from a range of Health Management subjects (Group 1).

This Graduate Certificate provides the opportunity to explore and understand quality management and research from the core units while being able to select electives that will reinforce knowledge and skills from a range of units that address both the 'soft' and 'hard' aspects of quality management in health care. the course consists of two subjects specific to Quality Management (Group 3), with the remaining two subjects coming from a range of Health Management subjects (Group 1).
