Course Requirements
Candidates must successfully complete 24 cp (four units) at 200, 300 or 400 level selected from units in the following subjects:

Aboriginal Studies Indonesian
American Studies* Italian
Ancient History Japanese
Ancient Literature in Translation Linguistics
Archaeology and Palaeoanthropology Local, Family and Applied History*
Asian Studies Music
Chinese (Mandarin) Peace Studies
Classical Languages (Greek/Latin) Philosophy
Communication and Management* Political and International Studies
Communication Studies Psychology
English Sociology
European Cultures Studies in Religion
French Theatre Studies
Geography Urban and Regional Planning
German Women‘s and Gender Studies
History  

With the permission of the course coordinator, units in other subjects may be included.

Units in the following group are deemed to be the subject shown:
Units defined as Urban and Regional Planning consist of 24 cp selected from the following:
ENVE 237; GEPL 301, 302, 316, 320, 322, 345, 350.

*For details of units in these subject areas, refer to BA majors.

Award of the Graduate Certificate
Graduating students in the course who have successfully completed 24 cp, including 12 cp at 300 level, in one of the above subjects may request that the subject appear on their testamur for the Graduate Certificate in Arts.
