For example, a student who selects (b) Business Economics as the major for the Bachelor of Business component, may not take (b) Economics as the major in the Bachelor of Economics component.

In order to satisfy the educational requirements for admission to the major professional accounting bodies, completion of a number of specific units is required. They can be completed by choosing the Professional Accounting major in the Business component of the combined degree.
