UNE is the Copyright Owner

You are free to incorporate University of New England copyright in material you are creating for the educational purposes of the University, without the need to rely on licences and without any requirement for special permission to be granted.

As a courtesy, however, you should notify the originator of the work. As with all copyright material, it should be appropriately acknowledged and Moral Rights observed.

While there are no limits on the amount that may be copied or the form in which it is reproduced or communicated, access should be restricted to UNE staff and students.

Copies or communication of the material you make should note that the University of England is the copyright owner.

Note: Material which is confidential, or which may have retrictions attached to its use, needs approval from the relevant University officer before it is copied. If you are unsure of whether the material you wish to use may need special permission, please contact the Copyright Office.
