Each analog copy of a broadcast made under the scheme, or any container in which such a copy is kept, must be labelled in accordance with the Copyright Regulations. The label must contain the following information:

Notices for equipment
Copyright Notice s39A. This notice is to be affixed to, or near photocopiers, scanners, PCs or any other machine, which a patron might use to make infringing copies of NON-AUDIO-VISUAL MATERIAL such as images or text.
Copyright Notice s104B. This notice is for audio-visual material and needs to be affixed to, or near any equipment, such as a VCR, cassette player or computer, which a patron might use to make infringing copies of audio-visual material.
Note that computers require BOTH warning notices
