The areas covered in Communication Studies include film, television, radio, print media, new media, popular culture, gender studies and some professional writing. The range of offerings provides an effective balance between theory/analysis units and units relevant to media industries and professions. There is a comprehensive range of Communication Studies units available to Internal and External students. This provides valuable flexibility to students, who can vary their mode of study to suit their employment and individual needs. It can be taken as a one year full-time or two year part-time course, either internally or externally.
