Armidale can be reached by bus, plane and train! Armidale is approximately 5.5 hours from both Sydney and Brisbane if you are driving. It is a pleasant and easy trip in both directions. If you are traveling from Queensland it is best to drive or bus. However, if you are intending to fly all flights go via Sydney. It is important to book early to avoid disappointment and to snatch one of the cheap fares.
