Catholic Chaplaincy at UNE
A Catholic Chaplaincy Team is available to offer pastoral care to students and University staff.
The team consists of the newly appointed Chaplain to UNE and St Albert's College, Fr Simon Leworthy (also Administrator, Guyra Catholic parish), Sr Cath Duxbury , OSU, and Mr Chris Clancy from St Albert's College.
Locations
The Chaplaincy Offices on campus are located in the Old Lodge (where Safety and Security were formerly located), attached to the International Precinct. Please note that the entrance to the Catholic Chaplaincy Office is through the International Precinct reception area. Join the Friday lunchtime study/discussion group run jointly by the Catholic and Uniting Church chaplaincy teams. We’ll look at the weekly Gospel readings and how they apply to our lives.
When: 1-2pm Fridays beginning 1 August
Where: Catholic chaplain’s office, The Old Lodge, (Building E 21 attached to the International Precinct)
Who: Anyone who is interested (you don’t have to be Catholic or Uniting Church)
