Many companies and government departments offer employment programs that re open only to recent university graduates. These programs usually offer fulltime employment with relevant training that may go from 6 – 24 months. They are aimed at providing a ‘whole’ company experience that may incorporate rotations into different areas/divisions, on-the-job training and professional development.
