2. Complete the St Albert's College Prospective Student Information Form

IT IS VITAL THAT YOU COMPLETE AND RETURN THIS FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

  • On receipt of your $50.00 application fee and the online form a blue St Albert's College Prospective Student Information Form will be mailed to you.
  • If you can't wait for this to happen - you can download a copy of it here.
  • Your completed form will used by the College in your personal or phone interview (which is the next step).

3. Interviews

  • Albies will contact you for a personal or phone interview.
  • We would prefer to interview in person (interviews will be conducted during November/December). This will give you the opportunity to see our facilities and services provided.
  • After your interview has been completed, a selection panel will review all the applications and a successful list drawn up.
  • Successful applicants will not be given an offer until these individuals recieve a UAC/QTAC offer to UNE.

 

4. Successful Applicants

  • Successful applicants will receive:

YOU MUST RETURN THE CONFIRMATION FORM ALONG WITH A $1,000 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OR YOUR OFFER WILL LAPSE - (Exceptions may be made for individuals enduring financial hardship. Contact the College if this applies to you).

  • The deposit must be fowarded with the form either as a cheque/money order (made payable to St. Albert's College) or provide your credit card details.
  • If you are successful in obtaining accommodation at St. Albert's College and take up our offer, the $1,000 deposit will be taken off your Term 1 fees.

Please note:

  • There will be a limit on the number of offers made in Rounds 1 & 2 so if you receive a main round offer on 20 January there will still be places available to you at the College.
  • If you receive an early round offer (rounds 1 or 2) and do not receive an offer, due to the limited offers made, you may select to:
    1. Be considered in the round 3 offers (this will automatically occur unless you select option 2
    2. Be allocated to another College
  • By Round 4 there will be very few places available at the College and unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
