If you are a current resident at Wright Village you may wish to download these forms instead of requesting a hard copy from the Wright Village Office. Please return the completed forms to the Wright Village Office or send by email to Wright Village.

Internet Registration

The internet registration form must be completed if you wish to connect your computer to the university network from Wright Village.

Report Maintenance

If you have any maintenance problems in your room or flat please complete this form.

Request to Extend stay

You will need to complete the above form if you intend to stay in Wright Village longer than the agreement dates. For instance, if you initially intended to leave at the end of Semester 1 but now require accommodation past this date you will need to complete this form.

Room Change Form

You may request to change rooms within the first two weeks of the semester. The first room change is free but subsequent room changes incur a $20 administrative fee.

Wright Village Handbook 2008

All residents are given a hard copy of the Handbook on arrival. An electronic version is also available. Please note a copy of the Departure form is included in the Handbook.
