The UNE Conference Company can organise ideal meeting venues for all types of conference activity from international conventions to small intense 'brain-storming' sessions. Venues range in size from boardrooms seating 14 to flat theatre style rooms seating 350. Breakout rooms are also available in close proximity to the main rooms. For large groups there are many suitable venues in the University's academic area. The largest of which is Lazenby Hall seating 850.

Comprehensive audiovisual equipment is available in each venue and computer laboratories are available in the Collegiate area.
