All residents are given a hard copy of the Handbook on arrival. An electronic version is also available.

UNE Residential Agreement for Accommodation

Those students staying in college for the academic year sign the UNE Residential Accommodation Agreement a copy is available on the above link.

Internet Registration

The internet registration form must be completed if you wish to connect your computer to the university network from Austin College. For students staying at least an academic semester you will be required to provide this information online. The instructions for finding your ethernet adaptor address is here.

Room Change

To request a room change you must complete the form above. Room changes are only allowed in the first two weeks of each term unless special permission is given.
