| ACTIVITIES The Association organises and participates in a number of community awareness initiatives that include: UNE O-week; Socio-cultural activities - International Week, Autumn Festivals; Harmony Day; Public Lectures/debates - Club Earth's programs; Picnics and recreational sports; Commnunal luncheon/receptions - Armidale civic reception, welcoming of new students, farewell for returing students; and Excursions/bush trips - AIA activities, with an aim of promoting cross-cultural interaction among members and with the community. |

All members of the community welcome Date: 15th to 26th September 2003 What: Participating is a range of activities reflecting on African diverse cultures – cooking demo, oral stories, cultural artifacts, dance, etc. Who: Individuals members as well as specific country groups are encouraged to organize presentations of between 30 to 60 mins all relevant to 3 – 6 year olds (Pre-school).
