Aims and Objectives

To represent and promote the general welfare and the wellbeing of all the members of the association with regard to the University of New England and the Armidale community

To cater for the needs of the members by way of liaising with and/or linking members to the support structures/services provided by UNE and Armidale community

To promote friendship, goodwill and the communication of ideas among African students as well as supporting and encouraging socio-cultural interaction among other overseas students and Australians in UNE, Armidale and elsewhere in Australia

To generate an appreciation among members and non-members of the challenges and constrains that confront Africa as well as her achievement and potentials.
