- Internet Registration
- The internet registration form must be completed if you wish to connect your computer to the university network from Austin College. For students staying at least an academic semester you will be required to provide this information online. The instructions for finding your ethernet adaptor address is here.
- Room Change
- To request a room change you must complete the form above. Room changes are only allowed in the first two weeks of each term unless special permission is given.
- Checkout Form
- To checkout, you must complete the form above.
- Bicycle Registration Form
- To keep a bicycle at college, it must be registed so that a key to the bike shed can be given. The appropriate form is found above
- Practicum Rebate Request Form
- To apply for a rebate for college fees while on practicum, use this form.
