About Austin
Austin College is the youngest college at the University of New England. With rooms for 288 students, a beautiful big courtyard and a reputation for 'giving it a go', Austin provides a wonderful home away from home. Academically, culturally and on the sporting field, we’re high achievers. Austin has even developed its own sport; 'Noona', which is a hotly contested competition every year.
Austin has a range of facilities that will enrich your college experience. These include common rooms on every floor, kitchenettes, a licensed bar, music room, exercise room, a Large Common Room, bike shed, laundries and a beautiful, big dining hall. All rooms are centrally heated with linen provided and have internet, phone and TV aerial connections.
