The Asian Studies Association of Australia is the principal forum for Asianists in Australia.
Malaysia Society of Australia
The Malaysia Society of Australia is a scholarly group involved in research on Malaysia, and Malaysia-related topics and is a chapter of the Asian Studies Association of Australia. Its main activities comprise a biennial Colloquium, and the James C. Jackson Memorial Lecture, which also appears in printed form.
South Asian Studies Net
SouthAsiaNet is the international community of scholars of South Asia. It is headquartered at UNE. UNE maintains the web site for the South Asian Studies Association of Australia. SouthAsiaNet is sponsored jointly by the Association and the National Centre for South Asian Studies (Melbourne).
