Call For PapersParticipants are invited to submit papers relating to science and technology education research. Papers, posters, panels and symposia are welcome. Paper presentations will be allocated 40 minutes, including question time (20 minutes presentation and 20 minutes discussion). Please distribute copies of your paper during your session. Plan to have at least 20 copies available. In each presentation room, an O/H projector, computer and data projector will be available to aid presenters. To facilitate smooth running of presentations, please ensure that computer presentations are brought where necessary on CD (rather than on your own computer) and handed in on registration day (Wednesday July 7th), so that they may be transferred to a local computer before the session. The CD should be clearly labelled with the title of the presentation and the authors names. Submission of AbstractsA copy of the abstract, single spaced and no longer than 150 words must be submitted electronically as Microsoft Word email attachments before 19 April 2004 to: On your abstracts please indicate the following:

First Time PresentersASERA 2004 may offer financial assistance to those whose paper at ASERA 2004 will be their first paper at any conference. Please indicate on your abstract if you fall within this category. The amount of assistance will be determined from the number of first time presenters applying. Refereed Proposal SubmissionOnly for those participants who need refereed acceptance to secure funding from their institution, the submission of a 4 page paper proposal is required. See the Proposal Instructions for Intending Authors webpage for details on this. Proposals should be sent as email attachments to Dr. Greg Thomas (gpthomas@ied.edu.hk) no later than 19th April, 2004.
