I am very pleased to offer my support for this important new musical event in the Australian calendar. The Festival will provide a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joy of sharing a special musical experience.
I encourage everyone with an interest to become involved and to join the celebration.The aim of this National Festival is to provide a unique musical event that is purposely focused for seniors from all areas of Australia to come together in making and experiencing choral music at a high level.
The Festival will demonstrate the positive and active contributions of older people to the musical and wider community.
