Buying them (It's not so scary)

There is no shame in just walking into a supermarket or chemist and buying a packet of condoms and a water based lubricant and walking out again. It is better than getting a STD.

Getting them out of the pocket

This can be really nervous as both partners might not know how far the other wants to go. Good communication is essential. Know the boundaries. When both persons involved are ready to have sex, then get the condoms out.

Getting the condom on

1. Tear open the packet, check the condom is not inside out by seeing if you can unroll it.
2. Pinch air out of the tip and roll it onto stiff penis.
3. Use lots of water based lube on the outside of the condom to keep it nice and slippery.
4. After ejaculating, hold onto the base of the condom as you pull out (so it doesn't stay behind).
5. If at first you don't succeed, try again with a new condom.
6. Use a new condom every time.
