I am very pleased to offer my support for this important new musical event in the Australian calendar. The Festival will provide a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joy of sharing a special musical experience. I encourage everyone with an interest to become involved and to join the celebration. |
‘On behalf of the staff and students of The University of Newcastle, I take great pleasure in welcoming you all to this very exciting Festival. The time spent rehearsing music together and then presenting these works in a Gala Concert will be most satisfying and rewarding. I look forward to meeting with you and wish you all a very successful Festival.’ |
