Review Procedure
All submissions will in the first instance be considered for inclusion based on the relevance of the submission to the colloquium theme and sub-themes. A Review Panel will further consider concise and full papers for their general quality taking into consideration relevance to the field, literature review, method, analysis and writing.

Full papers accepted by the review panel will then be subjected to a double blind peer review process involving a panel of independent reviewers acting on the behalf of the Program Committee. Feedback will be provided by reviewers immediately after the colloquium. The purpose of this is to allow authors the opportunity to incorporate peer feedback provided at the colloquium along with the reviewer feedback for the final paper in the published proceedings.

Authors intending to subsequently publish their work in a peer reviewed journal are encouraged to submit a concise (non-refereed) paper at this colloquium.

Review Panel
UNE Academics from a range of disciplines will join the Colloquium Committee to form the Review Panel. Full papers will also be reviewed by a disciplinary or general SoTL scholar external to UNE.
