What is a Major?
A major constitutes the specialization a student chooses under a degree or award. Up to two majors may be included on a testamur (the document awarded at Graduation). For example: Mr John Smith BA (Philosophy) or Mr John Smith BA (Music/American Studies).

Aboriginal Studies
A major in Aboriginal Studies shall consist of no more than 12 credit points at 100 level, at least 24 credit points at 300 level of which at least 12 credit points from Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences units*
