What can I do at the Centre?

Apart from degree information and advice on all aspects of Study at UNE Manning Valley Centre has three computers for student usage. All are on-line and connected to a printer. A photocopying service is also availble for students.

During the semester, we hold Study Skills workshops covering:

  • Effective Study Techniques and Time Management
  • Essay Writing Skills
  • Referencing and how to avoid Plagiarism

    and

Exam Preparation workshops covering:

  • Fear of Failure and Exam Anxiety, Procrastination
  • Tips for Multiple Choice and Essay Questions
  • Improving Memory and Concentration
