Pollution Science Research GroupPollution Science people students and research

Scientists in our multi-disciplinary research team use world-class facilities to answer the challenges of pollution in the environment.

We focus on pollutants in soils: their processing and cycling, interactions, their effects, managing risks and remediation, with specific interest in comparative arsenic and antimony ecotoxic effects and biogeochemistry.

Current projects include derelict mine rehabilitation and monitoring, Hillgrove, NSW and food chain contaminant transfers and fish ecotoxicity experiments.

Our team is supervised by Susan Wilson and Matt Tighe, and based in the School of Environmental and Rural Science.
