Advisory Board
The Special Education Disability Studies Advisory Board provides advice and information on relevant trends and requirements for initial special education and disability studies teacher educators and educators to The University of New England (UNE). Such advice strengthens the quality of our offerings in the special education and disability programs being offered through the University. Furthermore, this panel informs the courses to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the profession and employing bodies. Additionally, the Advisory Board has a role in advising on research needs for the profession, with particular reference to the community with a focus on quality teaching and learning and educational requirements within the disability sector.
