Sophie Masson

Sophie MassonCourse Name: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Born in Indonesia of French parents, and brought up in Australia and France, Sophie Masson is the award-winning author of over 60 books for children, young adults and adults, published in Australia and internationally. She is also a founding partner and director of Christmas Press, a small publisher specializing in children’s books, and she serves on the Boards of several national and regional literary organisations. The holder of a BA and M.Litt from UNE, she is at present enrolled at UNE as a PHD student in Creative Practice.
