The School of Law is responsible for applying degree rules. The School is required to make decisions regarding:

- Take-Home Exam Policy
- Advanced Standing and Recognition of Prior Learning - LLB
- Advanced Standing in Masters of Laws units
- Permission to enrol elsewhere
- Permission to have concurrent PLT enrolment
- Waiver of prerequisites
- Permission to enrol in a twice-failed unit
- Early Intervention Strategy for International students Studying in Australia
- Permission to Enrol in LAW490 (Honours)
