This reed organ was purchased from an antique shop in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia in 1987 and has since been housed in the authors' home. It is presumably a cottage organ and is 1160mm wide by 1230mm high by 600mm deep. The case is of Cuban Maghogany. The original silk backings to the fretwork panels were pale blue silk and have since been replaced with gold silk. The keyboard covers five octaves, while from Sub Bass stop to Flute stop is a range of six and one half octaves. An importers label is fixed at the back of the keyboard on the right hand end - G.H. Naylor, 133 Castlereagh St, Sydney.

The stops from left to right are: Sub Bass, Melodia, Dulce, Viola, Violetta, I Forte, Vox Humana, II Forte, Vox Jubilante, Flute, Dulciana, Diapason, Harmonique. Below the keyboard are Grand Organ (left) and Knee Swell (right).
